Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within three business days date of the registration (email notification sent) after paying for access to a course provided student / user have not yet accessed the materials.

A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of 10%.

In case of discounted courses the refund will provided on the amount paid less and an administration fee of 10%.

All refunds will be processed within 10 days of the refund request submitted and approved by the management.

 

How to Request a Refund

You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team. You need to send an official E-mail to our support team support@leenasoneja.com for the refund of the fees with valid reason. This refund request will then be reviewed by the admin team to further validate it and get it approved from the management.

 

Refund for Duplicate Payments

Full refund of the duplicate payment will be made via the same source. All duplicate payment refunds to be processed within 10 days of the refund request submitted and approved by the management.
